I have used many creams and powders, mabey some one out there has had the same problem and can advise me on what to do. In S.A. its a bit hot of late and as a result I have a heat rash that starts under my arms and continues down the sides. Its also a bit painful, lets just say that not even cortozone from the doc helps. Any advise please?

It may not be just a heat rash. It could be a yeast infection. You can get one in a rash and not have a feminine yeast infection. Get one of the athletes foot creams or sprays and try that for a couple days. I had a 'heat rash' under my breasts where my bra fits and it was a yeast infection. It is worth a try since the doc didn't help.

Treating the heat aspect of it might help: find a clean spraycan and spray your area lightly with cold water. Fan the area to cool it. I did this for my heat rash and it helped.

Try keeping your arms raised while sleeping. don't use deodorants, use a cool washcloth a few times a day to help.If u can sleep no clothes even better. no soap on that area. Expose to as much air as possible.
