there's no particular task i do when it hangs it just do hangs suddenly, then i have to restart the computer and restart all my work.

You need a minimum of 256MB of RAM and 4.0 GB on your hard drive to run the full versions - if less, you have to use XUBUNTU.

It's probably not Ubuntu. More likely, it's your hardware.

Open any browser window and go to a website that displays a right scroll bar. Move the scroll bar up and down as fast as you can for a few minutes

If your PC crashes, it's likely overheating or a RAM problem. The power supply may be too small (<400 watts), too.

If your PC actually behaves, try to re-install Ubuntu.
