Who has time to count calories and who want's to? I had to lose 18 pounds in 1 month in order to go to a non-commision officer school while in the army. I did it, and I ate alot of food with little excercise. I came up with my own way to lose weight the healthy way by combining all that I have learnd through out my life. Do this and you will start to look and feel great in 1 to 2 weeks.
Here are the facts of how food and our body works:
Salt - stores water
Surgar - stores fat
Protien - burns fat and aids in lean muscle
Body - 24 hours to digest food.
Activities - heats the body to melt fat.
These are the rules I stuck with and had excellent results. Eat fish like tuna with no mayo it has tremendous amounts of protein and lean meats like brisket and baked or broiled chicken. Eat fat free deserts and food products one day and sugar free products the next day (hense the 24 hour digesting time frame). The only fats you should really have are the natural fats like avacado or fish fat which our bodies need. Drink flavored carbonated water witch is pure and it satisfies the craving for soda. Diet DrPeper, PepsI or Pepsi1 are best tasting diet sodas I found to help with the soda craving as well, but if you can do without them then thats even better. Eat lots of greens and fiber to help digest your foods. Activities like jumping alone will cause our bodies to heat causing the fat to peel off the stomach walls (SUGAR Hardens on the walls with fat!).
Shed about 10 pounds of water in just a few days by having absolutly no sugar intake or salt. Eat tuna from the can with salad and non fat dressing, chicken and steaks.
Remember, it is not how much you eat but when and what you eat. Excersising will defeneatly shed alot of pounds if you stick to the rules above (24 hr cycle). Do not eat 3 hours before bed time unless you excersise after words. If you are going to the restroom more than 4 times a day and your stomach is groaling with weird noises then its working (this is the melting fat leaving your body).
Just look in the mirror and ask yourself, WHY NOT ME?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

The only way to loose weight the healthy way is with healthy diet and exercise. Burn more calories then you are required to maintain your current weight per day.(Multiply your weight times 10. So if you weigh 120 then you need to eat 1200 calories to stay the SAME weight. Eat less then 1200 to lose weight) Eat lots of vegies, fruit, lean meat like fish and chicken. Skim milk, non fat yogart. LIMIT your carbs (bread, white rice...), No fried foods. Drink lots of water-8 glasses a day with lots of ice. Exercise at least 5 days a week. If you stick to this you will see results in a week or 2!!!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

This is easy . . . . eat a lot of protein fruits and veggies, eliminate sugar, and lots of cardio workouts, fast walking or running. (No stroll in the park on a Saturday afternoon.) You're just waisting time if you don't sweat. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!! Eat at least 6 small meals a day. Breakfast and the 2 hrs. from then a snack like a fat free yogurt Then lunch Then 2 hrs. later a sugar free snack like chocolate pudding Then around 4 another snack fruit is great. Then dinner around 6 or 7 high protein low carbs and veggies . . . Don't eat anything after 7:30 8:00 p.m. No No No No sugar. Try to cut out bad carbs like potatoes bread and noodles. . . no energy drinks or pop (even diet) also try no to eat peas (their naturally full of sugar.) Try this, think of your body like a coal train. You have to put more fuel in it to make it burn faster . . . this is why when people starve themselves it does not work.

Fast weight lose is not a good way to go. A go way is to set a goal, set a goal to lose 2lbs per week. In a month you will lose around 8lbs. Also cutting a few calories at meal time helps to. Work out 3-5 times a week. If your body get aches skip that day to give your body a rest. Always remember to eat your fruits and vegs. and make sure you have fiber. I hope this helps you and your friend. Good Luck

Eat lots of fruits and veg. and drink lots of water. You should drink 8 glasses of water a day and for every 10 pounds you are over weight add another full glass of water and walk every day. Start with 1 mile a day and work yourself up to 6 miles a day. You will see the pounds melt away.

Cut out soda and junk food. Eat lots of veggies, fruits and drink lots of water. Walk together for an hour every day. Has to be fast-walking though.
You'll lose a few pounds in just a few weeks guaranteed.
