Is it possible to get pregnant the first two days you start taking Birth Control?

Did you start the pill when on a period? If so then you are protected against pregnancy more or less straight away. Use an alternative for the first 7 days on the pill.

If you started whilst you werent bleeding, then you must use an alternative aswell for the first 7 days.

Try not too risk anything, if you are avoiding pregnancy for the time being.

Yes. In fact I got pregnant after being on the pill after a year and a half of already being on them only because I forgot to take 2 pills. I have been told whether you just start your pills or even if you forget to take a pill you need to use another method of contraceptive for 7 days.

YES! You need to have the components of the pill in your system for at least 30 days, even after that there is a small chance of pregnancy even on the pill, you NEED to be using condoms at all times.

Yes, because birth control doesn't even settle into your system properly until a month's cycle has passed. Don't dick around until then.

Yes, it's very possible the first month you're on it and it's somewhat possible the second month. After that it's extremely unlikely, but has been known to happen.

Yes. It actually takes some time to take effect. That's why doctors tell women not to have sex without protection until their second or third cycle.
