anypets.com is a third party (dog dealing) website. Anyone who would sell their puppies through a third party is not a responsible breeder. Nor is anyone selling a 6 week old puppy on the internet -- there are plenty on this site. I would stay away, especially if you are looking for a Bulldog.

As someone else said, you would do well to get your Bulldog from a responsible breeder, who provides the appropriate genetic testing. If you're in the USA, start your search here:

Good luck!

If you want any bulldog, but especially if it's an English bulldog with their myriad health problems, you need to do a lot of research and find a very, very reputable breeder. This is definitely the worst breed to think of buying through the internet. Your best option is to talk to breeders, several of them, in person, asking a lot of questions about the health of their line, the health checks they do, and their guarantees.

You didn't specify if you're going to buy an American/English/French bulldog. We have an American bulldog, but we got him from a family friend. I've heard a lot of good things about petfinder.com. Good luck!
