Although it is a long and ardouous take, get some organic peanut butter and apply the whole jar to your scalp. It takes a long time to get it all worked in and then eventually out, but the entire process it what eliminates scalpal scatia. It works!

I have had dandruf problem for many years.Sometimes it comes so much that I can pull it out by may nails and the next day it again comes back. But I have not bothered much about it.I clean it off with a comb and if there are so much dust I use shampoo to wash it off. Don't let the head dry. Apply oil, clean it off as it comes and don't bother too much about it. It is such silly nuisance. Perhaps it could be a blesssing too, We don't know. I get so much dandruf sometimes that I do not believe that it is the outside skin drying off. I consider it a way of my head to throw away the waste matter from my brain.

I have the same problem, i have psoriasis on my scalp. The next time you go to your dermatologist or regular doctor, ask them about DermaSmooth, its a medicated oil that you put on your scalp before you go to bed at night, then you wash it out in the morning. You should see results in 2 to 3 uses. It works really well for me, hope it helps!

when i was in school this is what they told me about dandruff....if they are tiny flakes kinda like dust....that is dandruff.....if it is large flakes...then it is kinda like a fungus, that alot of ppl encounter when the shampoo their hair at night and go to bed with it wet. There are prescription type shampoos for dandruff that the dr has to write.....alot of clients have success with the neutgrina t-gel shampoo for dandruff.....follow the directions.....the smell is not good but just follow the directions.

Massage your hair for ½ hour with few drops of lime juice mixed with amla juice every night before going to bed. Do this for at least 20 days and see the results.

stop using oils.use antidandruff creams instead.apply vinegar.wash ur hair daily if u can.what about henna?ask about it,i'm not sure.and i think swimming pool will help.don't laugh.i think that substance in the water that dries the hair may help, coz dry hair means no oil which is a big reason for the dandruff.
