You don't. You just deal with it. Rejection will not kill you, doesn't do much for making you stronger either but you get the knowledge you are looking for. Like they say, you will miss 100% of the shots you never take.

if you have that fear its part of you. perhaps no way to handle it but to try and try and be rejected so many times until you get used to it.
