My wife's birthday is coming up and I would like to get her something that is new and exciting. I'd like to keep the cost below a few hundred dollars.

My husband gave me a night of tender lovin' and good comin' and I was soooooooooo satisfied. It was the best birthday present evah!

I've always said: "if you have NO idea what to get, get nothing at all." It's better to get one good present in five years than five REALLY bad ones. I got a coffee mug last Christmas...
Buy her a beautiful flower, not a bouquet. Just one. (Doesn't work if you buy her flowers often). And buy a picture frame and frame your wedding photo again. Write a poem or buy a book of love poems. The list goes on. It's not how much MONEY you spent, it's how much THOUGHT goes to it:)
You'll do fine is you think from your heart.

honestly, it was my first tattoo! sounds odd but it is what I wanted even though he is not into them, now I have 3 he is getting me my fourth for my birthday this summer
