I met her about a year and half ago, and we started out as friends. I knew that had turned down every guy that ever tried to get her, and therefore I wanted to make a different approach and get her to like me. Well, for the past 2 month's we have been going out, usually at nights and we would sit and talk and enjoy our night. Yesterday night we went out again, and on the way back home, she started asking me why I don't have a girlfriend and I explained to her saying that I like her and there is no need for me to look for another girl. She started out saying that I could be friends with her and still have a girlfriend. And while we were driving back, I think I heard her saying "You will not have me", but it was so quite that I asked her to repeat it and she did not. I was kind of upset and later on, I said that I heard what she said, and that I knew it too. I explained to her that if she had turned down so many guys, why should I be an exception.

She started deniing that she never said it, and that if I liked her, and knew her well I would have never said that to her. She said that I am like all the other guys and I think of her as being shallow. So, we were quite for the rest of the road until we got to the car and before she got out she turned to me and kissed me and said that "She would have me" and smiled and said Goodbye and left the car. I was shocked for a while and from then on, I can't stop thinking of her and what kind of a jackass I was. I want her back, but I think that "Goodbye" was the end... What should I do?

Big D? Let's get it back to YOU! You're the part that we're concerned about. It's all about YOUR Heart? Hers is thumpin' another tune, Chief. You need to find someone that has your Heart beat on their mind. Missy just can't dance to yours. There's a Love Song, out there? Just let your Heart show you which Radio is playin' your Song. She's waitin'. Don't make her mad! She'll only wait so long. Or she'llbe telling you, "So Long!" It's your time to shine, Coach. Do it!

Contact her and say that you are sorry that there was a huge misunderstanding that if you had known you would never have said that or made a big deal out of that comment in the car. Say that it's ok for you to be friends then, even easier to get over the fact that you won't have her as a girl friend if you know no guy will, but that you can still be good friends and that no such misunderstanding is worth spoiling your friendship.
So many things are ruined becasue people don't talk orexpress their feelings. most of the time, things like that are due to misinterpretation by one or the other and a little conversation can clear things up and save a lot.

go get her. if you care that much don't give up make her see what a great person you are and that your not going to hurt her. and even if she starts to push you away keep pushing back harder she will realize that your not going anywhere
