I need to download Microsoft Windows 3.1 For my gran as she knows as to use it. she cannot use any other she is too old. so if you can help me it will be much abliged

Windows 3.0 is so antiquated that no software available today will run properly on it, not to mention the fact that it hasn't been available for years and never for free.
Suck it up and buy Windows XP (NOT Vista). My step-dad is 80 and can use it just fine. Old does not mean stupid.

You have to purchase any Windows version. Pirated versions can be detected by MS and they will shut the OS down.

Yeah, good luck with that. Just because she's old doesn't mean she's stupid. My grandmother uses XP. Why not get your granny a Mac?
