What happens when you dye two layers of semi permanent?

Just wondering what would happen if you had a semi permanent copper-brown dye in (my hair is naturally dark blonde/light brown), and wanted to dye on top of it with a slightly darker, cooler shade. Does another layer of semi-permanent have any drastic effects? What will happen?

all that dyin and mixing....not healthy on the scalp....how about one solid base color and then put highlights on it...wayy cuter!

you'll go ginger! but best not to wash your hair if its dyed to make colour last longer
