I believe timing and circumstance are major factors in most relationships. Every once in a while someone hits the jackpot, though, and it's more than they thought possible.

Yes. And sometimes you can win big all at once but get a reduced payment, or you get your annual payments which add up over time.
Because you cannot make the person who's meant for you just appear - it's all chance that you meet.

nope !!!
you control everything except for the moment you meet and when she's busy
she has her own life, you cant control it
but you can make her fall for you (if you do it right)
i've just been an incredibly sweet and selfless guy when it came to my gf, and she fell for me
now it's great, im still that selfless guy (but i still watch out for myself, so i dont get hurt)
just make her feel good if u understand
be there for her whenever she needs you
talk to her often
get to know her
and when looking for her
just dont look
and you'll find the right one :)
keep your mind off of it, live life
