If I go on it everyday for 30 minutes+, will I lose weight?
I'm scared it will bulk up my legs! since I'm pretty short, it will look worsee.

yes, 30 minutes of exercise a day will help you tone up, and eating less calories will, too. going to a nutritionist will put a more precise plan together for actual weight loss. Remember its not really the number on the scale, its the percentage of fat you're carrying.

Absolutely! And believe me, muscle is far more beautiful than flab! Don't worry about it bulking up your legs, Honey: It won't be that bad, and you'll find you like the toned look far more than you do the jiggling effect.

It will definitley help you lose weight without giving you bulky legs. I am 5'1'' and it made me lose weight in every part of my body. it took time for me to stay on it longer than five min. Now i can stay on it for an hour. It hasn't made my legs bulky at all.
