Cold Cuts (roast beef, corned beef, chicken, turkey, ham)

Any meats, eggs, dairy products, are complete protein. Some foods become complete protein by being combined such as beans and rice. What one has , the other doesn't ; so together, they make a complete protein. The cookbook Diet for a Small Planet by Frances Moore Lappe' explains this well.

Whey, egg, milk, fish, beef, soybeans, whole wheat, corn and beans are just some of the foods that contain high amounts of protein.

every food has protein, but i'm guessing u want to know which food is high in protein. Here they are, red meat, eggs, nuts and fish

lean meat is the best sorse of protein but also beans nuts protein shakes and those protein waters
