I've just been on ITV.com to check, and YES IT WILL! Here is the card so far:
*Joe Calzaghe v Peter Manfredo Jr - WBO super-middleweight title
*Enzo Maccarinelli v Bobby Gunn - WBO cruiserweight title
*Amir Khan v Steffy Bull - lightweight
*Gary Lockett v Lee Blundell - WBU middlewight title
*Takaloo v Michael Jennings - WBU welterweight title
*Nicky Cook v TBA - featherweight
And as for it being shown in Scotland...I'm none too sure about that.

It will be televised on ITV4 and then ITV1 on April 7th. The line up looks fantastic.
www.frankwarren.tv also show the fights.
