Why do people think that all illegal aliens do not pay taxes?Many are not payed under the table and use a ss# to withold taxes.At the end of the year they file for a ITIN and attach the W-2 to the ITIN application. If the W-2 has the bad SS# on it thats fine. The IRS does not give info to SSA or Immigration. Then they have a new number so they can use it in the future for tax purposes instead of someone elses ss#.

Fact is MANY illegals do not pay taxes and you know it. Many have fake greencards, are paid under the table or have fake SSN numbers. None of that is legal so dont make it seem like the ones that do pay taxes on fake numbers and so forth makes up for the ones that don't!

Because they are mostly using someone else's ss# or they got a ss# that they just made up.
Illegal aliens can change their ss# and get a new card any time they can give $100 to those who help them in the first place with all their fake documents.
Makes life harder on Americans like us who are tying to get ahead in the lifetime. If you want to be in the US live by the rules the rest of us have to. The government makes it so easy to help out these illegal aliens by helping them with housing and other things. Makes me dissappointed to even claim to live in the land of the free.... because we sure have to work our behinds off while they are living here for free.

i guess most people think that due to the fact that breaking the law is not a problem for the illegals that are here why would they abide by the tax laws if they will not abide by the immigration laws?for the life of me i don't understand why its such a hard thing to do to simply follow the rules i have to show 2 forms of identification to do almost anything from getting a library card to getting a job so i say if we have to follow the laws then everyone should.
