No this is grammatically incorrect as "surgery" is a noun, not a verb. Therefore, a correct sentence would read, "She had plastic surgery done/performed on her face." or "She had plastic surgery done."

We dont tell this about someone:
- Her stomach got food?
We say - the person ate or a similar sentence
Though she got the plastic surgery done to her face, it happened to her
So it is better to address it to the person than to the face
Like "She had a face lift"

Surgery may be used only as a noun and not as a verb. Rather one may perform a surgery, or visit a surgery room.

She had plastic surgery. You can say she had a nose job but I do not think face job, if you are looking for slang.

sorry, surgery can't be a verb. You would just say she got plastic surgery. That's it. "got" is the verb in the past tense.
