This is a sample 7 DAY 1500 CALORIE MEAL PLAN. This plan is considered good for loosing weight when combined with work out.

DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Wheat flakes (2T) in 1-cup skim milk, Papaya 1 cup

MID MORNING
Coconut Water / Buttermilk (1 glass) (no sugar)

Lunch
2 chapatti (2/3rd wheat flour & 1/3rd bran), Dal 1 katori,
Curd 1 katori (no boondi raita), Green salad 1 bowl

DINNER
Carrot & Tomato soup 1 bowl), Paneer tikka (250g) / roasted chicken (2-3 pieces)

DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Wheat bread sandwich (1) with cucumber & tomato (no butter/cheese spread), skim milk 1 cup

LUNCH
Mix vegetable pulao (1 medium plate), cucumber raita 1 katori, sprout salad 1 bowl

EVENING
Tea (without sugar), bhuna chana

DINNER
2 chapatti (2/3rd wheat flour & 1/3rd bran), Dal 1 katori, 1 katori dry vegetable

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Mix vegetable poha (1 bowl), strawberry milk shake 1 cup (without sugar)

MID MORNING
Fresh Vegetable juice (1 glass)

LUNCH
Wheat pasta (1 medium plate) with lots of vegetables, rajmah salad (1 katori)

DINNER
2 chapatti (2/3rd wheat flour & 1/3rd bran), Dal 1 katori, dry vegetable 1 bowl, green salad (1 katori)

DAY 4
BREAKFAST
Paneer sandwich (1) / boiled egg (1) with wheat bread (1), Tea (no sugar)

LUNCH
2 chapatti (2/3rd wheat flour & 1/3rd bran), Dal 1 katori, curd 1 bowl, green salad 1 katori

EVENING
Mix Vegetable soup (without croutons) (1 bowl)

DINNER
2 Baked soyanuggets tikki / baked chicken nuggets (use bran for binding), mix vegetable salad (1 katori)

DAY 5
BREAKFAST
Mix vegetable Dalia 1 katori, skim milk 1 cup

MID MORNING
1 apple / guava

LUNCH
Idli (2), mix vegetable sambhar 1 katori (without coconut chutney)

DINNER
2 chapatti (2/3rd wheat flour & 1/3rd bran), Dal 1 katori, dry vegetable 1 bowl

DAY 6
BREAKFAST
Oatmeal (2 T) in 1 cup skim milk

LUNCH
2 chapatti (2/3rd wheat flour & 1/3rd bran), Dal 1 katori, Bean salad 1 bowl

EVENING
Tea (without sugar), Salt biscuits 2 (any high fiber low sugar biscuit)

DINNER
2 missi roti (1/3rd wheat flour, 1/3rd besan & 1/3rd bran), vegetable raita 1 katori

DAY 7
BREAKFAST
Mix vegetable Vermicelli, 1 cup skim milk

MID MORNING
Coconut Water / Buttermilk (no sugar)

LUNCH
Nutrinugget Pulao, Vegetable Raita

DINNER
Wheat flour bun (1), mix veg soup, bean salad

Foods Restricted:

Vegetables like potatoes, arbi, sweet potato, zimikand,.
Fruits like Mango, Bananas, Litchi, Grapes, Chiku.
Sweets, candies, chocolates, cakes, pastries.
Squashes, jams, jelly, ice-cream. All aerated drinks
Maida, suji, cornflour.

The components are not strict they can be interchanged between the meals. Dinner should preferably be light and with less of carbohydrates.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. The vegan thing is good too, I happen to know plenty of people who are vegan and are not in OPTIMUM HEALTH and even look frail and some even moderately chunky for a vegan. Those who seem to eat less meat, sometimes eat alot of carb laden foods which break down to sugars=fat storage. I know a few people who go from eating red meat to a vegan and loose weight. That is a no brain er. I agree meat today is full of chemicals and toxins because our famers feed cows /pigs antibiotics and other chemicals to keep them from getting sick because they are in horrible living conditions before being slaughtered. HCG- look it up. It depends what you think is complicated. I like the idea of going off red meats completely and staying with organic foods too. You get more nutrients in the foods because of the care that is taken in raising chicken,fish and veggies organically. After that, I suggest a protein diet which is eggs, meats such as chicken, fish like salmon, white fish(any) and a double vegetable with dinners. Keeping portions to 4-6 oz on everything. In less than 30 days you can loose approximately 15 lbs. I swear by water and tea). Use all natural sugar like SUGAR IN THE RAW (available at most markets). Not an artificial sugar. A teaspoon of real unprocessed sugar(do not eat white sugar) is what- less than 10 calories. (of course some form of exercise helps a lot too). I wish you the best!

well deepends on your life syle what works for most people is haveing 3 meals a day 300 calories and 3 snaks of 200 calories then a small work out every day you should lose weight with doing that

Try the Cleveland Clinic Diet you can lose the total of ten pounds in three days. Must be followed exactly.I had the diet,but I have missed placed it.

5-6 small low calorie and low fat meals a day and working out(running,swimming,push ups,situps,yoga,pilates)
