Just don't eat bad foods and if she's on a diet , don't eat that crap or her favorites in front of her! Exercise together!

start a diet yourself even if you dont really need to, get her some help too. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. She is probably resorting to eating more for a reason. Find out what that reason is. It may be you are lacking in fulfilling her needs, the most important is your time with her. Take walks together. Don't tell her she is getting fat- I'm sure she is aware and ashamed. Instead, tell her you want to go on a diet and need her support. Ask her to diet with you. In doing this, you will resolve her weight issue and intensify your bond with her.

Seriously, a "His and Hers" excercise routine isn't a bad idea. You two could go walking together, or even bust out the old bicycles and go for nice rides to enjoy the springtime. It's actually a nice thing to do with a positive side effect.

throw out all the junk food in the house and introduce her to 5-6 small low fat and low calorie meals a day
and joining the gym isnt a bad idea

everybody in the household needs to stop bringing processed foods into the home. no more snacks, cookies, etc. if they were around. there is no reason to keep that stuff on hand.
begin a training routine that involves both of you

-jump on the bed together. really, its get excerise and its fun too. Just dont hut your head on the ceiling, it also tones your legs to make it look good.

sex is definitely one of hte best ways to lose weight
DO NOT CALL HER NAMES OR TELL HER SHE IS FAT
Do not even suggest it - decide to join a tennis club or bowling league ior something that leads to physical actdivity and make sure she joins you - but don't tell her it's czu you think she is getting fat - MAKE IT FUn

encouragement... walk with her...walking they say is the best...and sex to.. is she happy? alot of stress can cause weight gain
