As many people at the gym say, joining the gym is the easy part, its going that's the hard part. That's not to say gyms aren't good. It just depends on what works for you.
Firstly-whoever says that diet isn't important doesn't know what they're talking about. You should control your calorie intake (average adult has 2500 calorie intake per day ideally) as well as your balance between protein and carbohydrate. The distribution between carbohydrate and protein should be 60%/40%. Without have to worry about the complications of all these numbers, just eat sensibly. 3 meals a deal, not too large, with small nutritional snacks in between (i.e. nuts)
2-Excercise - there are specific excercises for each goal you want to accomplish. For love handles, I personally suggest the plank: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises_10.htm
-repeat this excercise for both sides.
Inner thighs - there's a great machine at the gym that streches your legs wide and you have to squeeze them back together. Its hard at first but as all things, it takes practice.
Finally, Cardio is great before both of these excercises because it gets your blood circulating and your body will work better that way.
Whatever you decide to do, be consistent with it, make a rigorous schedule that you CANNOT break (such as 3x or 4x per week, at a specific time), and don't cheat yourself.
If you balance a good diet, with discipline, and consistent excercise, you'll have a good bikini bod for the summer!

Alot of hard exercise and dieting, or you can do what I did before I went to Florida, I wouldn't suggest it but it was the best diet I ever had luck with, I caught mono (not on purpose) I was sick for about 3 months and couldn't eat. but you have the option of wearing a bikini with one of those wraps, there are so many pretty bathing suits that still look sexy that cover more, have fun there are over weight people in Hawaii also, and given your height and weight you don't need to lose that much you should look good at 145 to 150 pounds, just exercise and concentrate on firming up.

You have to lose about 30 lbs. And that should take about 6 months to do it without a lot of flabby skin hanging out everywhere. But to get a good start, I'd recommend drinking nothing but water, or diet drinks with no calories. Then fill up on vegetables throughout the day and exercise that willpower. Don't eat anything that tastes good. You have to ask yourself how important is it for you to look good?

You need to do aerobics 6 days a week for 45 minutes. Finish with a half hour or so of weight lifting. Meanwhile cut out the bad carbs. This is a no fail method. Good Luck!!
No offense, to the other girl but gatorade will pack on pounds.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

You wouldnt believe it if i told you but, in a 3 and a half month period"I ERSONALLY HAVE SEEN THIS WORK." Simply waking up early in the morning or making time toward sun down. to go walking or jogging EVERY SINGLE DAY to every other day. And sticking to a strict diet. NO fast food, no sodas, no junk. maybe at the end of the week if youve stuck to your goal, reward yourself with something you crave thats fatty or what not. Also taking a dietary supplement such as zantec, trimspa(im not calling you fat :0) or any thing in that catagorie to go with your fitness plan would do excellent. gyms are o.k. if you have a personal trainer to help you thrive for success, but usally helpless unless your motivated to achive a goal you have set for yourself.
