Drink nothing but water or diet drinks. No sugary snacks. The Majority of your diet should consist of fruits and vegetables, and of course aerobic exercise. There is nothing that works other than that or prescription drugs that doctors will not give you unless you are obese. I just don't understand why everyone keeps trying diet pills that don't work. The only thing that worked was Efedra, and now its banned. Sorry.
