Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day , just don't make it a high caloried one.
You can have like 5 eggwhites only 17 cals eacch.
Slice of dry wheat toast, with fruit and oatmeaal with splenda!

People think by cutting breakfast they're cutting calories and saving time but this will lead to decreased energy by the afternoon. This in turn makes you more apt to turn to sugary or fatty snacks by afternoon. An ideal breakfast should contain at least 5grams of fiber, a minimum of 15 grams of fat, Total breakfast calories should be between 200 and 500, depending on how much food you are planning to eat the rest of the day.

Fruit juice 120ml
Cereal 1/2 cup
Bread/tosat 1 slice
Hot dish - egg 1 large
- lean meat 45g
- bacon/ sausage 30g
with this you will get all whats ur body need :)
