he thinks I talk on the phone and email guys all the time, he doesn't check my emails, but I also have nothing to hide and told him that. He has insecurities about himself, as he is not worthy to have a gf who cares for him and respects him, but he also recognizes that he is a jealous person...what should I do or say to him?

watch out for the self-fulfilling prophecy...
Many times, when a guy is really jealous or accusing you of sneaking around, it is because he is doing it himself and he is projecting his guilt onto you. I've seen this more times than I can count.
As for what you can say to him, I think you've said it all. Just keep saying it until he gets the point. Guys are territorial, and by nature tend to be jealous. Let him know you aren't interested in any other guy, you are happy with the one you've got, and he should acknowledge that.

His jealousy comes from within and his past experiences where he might have been burned. If you truly care for him, let him know and reassure him that he's the only one... not with anger but in a calm way. If you really don't care, just dump his *** and tell him to be more confident about himself. Good luck

if he is jealous because your talking to other guys, show him your outgoing calls and your emails to show him proof that you are not "talking" to other men. if he recognizes that he is jealous, well you better tell him to get his act straight before you let go of him. He is worth your boyfriend if he is going to change his act. If he doesn't then you need to find someone who won't mind who you talk to.

He doesn't trust you because he doesn't trust himself! My boyfriend was terrible for being jealous.I couldn't talk to anyone at all without him saying something.I thought he was insecure because his 2 previous girlfriends went off with other men.Turns out that my boyfriend was cheating on me! Years later I am still with him & he isn't jealous at all anymore.I know he isn't cheating now as he doesn't go on holiday alone! I would say to your boyfriend ' People who don't trust, don't trust themselves '. He will know what you mean! Mine did.

I love you, chill out, and if you can't then this is where this ride stops; because you are stressing me out and I'm beginning to feel unhappy! What point is it to love you, if I hate everything about you. If hes jealous then he change, if during this conversation he says " is there someone else" say yes and let him know its yourself and your gone.
