shouldnt the tax company owe me more money if i didnt claim all i should of.... they allow peopel to claime to much but they dont send u a check if u dont claim enough.

Your responsible for your own tax returns. If you trust someone else to file it for you, you are at their mercy. The government won't come after them, they will come after you. If you don't file for your full deductions, and you file, tough ****. You can try and take it up with the company, but most of ht time you sign a waiver when they do business with you.

Your taxes are based upon how much you earned and the number of dependents you claim. Your employer withholds an amount which should give you a 0 or close to it. If you claim less dependents you should get a refund. If however, your employer made a mistake in the amount that was withheld and paid in, you are responsible.

meet with them and explain what you did not deduct. and it is not a company, it is your government.
