ok i dumped this guy and he will not stop calling me and the bad thing is he will not cute my phone off he pays the bill and every thing so i told him to cute the phone off but he will not he keeps calling and calling and i don't call any one with the phone cause its not my phone its his and he keeps saying things like you know you want me back you know iam the hottest guy on this earth his like your my model and i am yours and stuff like that so plzz help me i need this guy out of my life

its a cell phone so i carry it with me so i can call the cops if i see him and i am 16 and his 21 get the idea of the phone

Get a restraining order or "order of protection" to stop the harassment. Go to your local district court and ask about it.

lol. Just get a different phone. Leave the one he got you in a drawer. Don't talk to him, be persistant, don't email, avoid him, make sure he knows how you feel. If he keeps bothering you just say to leave you alone for a month so you have time to think about it. Maybe even let him think you MAY take him back after you've thought it over for a month. Hopefully he'll leave you alone for that time and that'll get him used to not talking to you, and it'll help you get some distance. If he still bothers you after a month, tell some of your guy friends, they'll take care of it.

The next time he calls, answer the phone and without saying hello, say: the next time you call me, i will call the police and report you for sexual annoyance and then hung up the phone. if he ever calls you again, put an older guy to pretend he is a policeman and put him say something relly serious BUT without laughing.
Trust me, the next day, he won't even look at you in your eyes.

First of all give the guy back the phone, if he want take it back send it to him in little pieces(he'll get the idea). If you really don't want this guy anymore, find a new guy, or use this statement " Isn't this harassment if i told you to leave me alone" most guys will let you be.

he is an obsessive fool who can't see the forest for the trees ---- he still firmly believes he owns you --- and to no end will he stop !! --- you will seriously need to consider taking out a dv order on him with the police --- because he won't take no for an answer --- his talk is just that --- but it could get nasty --- cover yourself for your peace of mind --- and indeed if you do not feel comfortable talking to the law --- then at least --- talk to a friend . good luck .
