stimulation of the scalp such as brushing or scalp massage and you have to take supplements. the ones i personally use are biotin, which is a b vitamin that is actually used to treat hair loss, & country life maxi-hair, which is probably the best hair supplement out there. i know a lot of people who have used it (again, including myself) who have had amazing results. also, you need to make sure you are eating enough protein & a daily supplement like centrum couldn't hurt. i hear prenatal vitamins are good, too.
here are the links to the products i'm talking about:

I understand cutting your hair in anger, i have done it a number of times, and then cried about it for weeks. I take a vitamin that is called Biotin. It is s high-potency B-Vitamin. I had one of my hair stylists tell me about them, and they really do help. You probably won't notice it much the first month seeing as how it must get into your system but back in the middle of January i had highlights put in my hair and by the end of feburary the roots had grown out an 1 1/2. No joke. So try them and see if they work for you. You can get them at any place that sell vitamins but i usually get mine from GNC, they might cost a little more but they are better for the buy. I would suggest at the least taking 2500 mcg a day. Good luck!

Apply olive oil to the root of the hair and then keep your head in a worm, dry towel for about 30 min. Then wash your hair. It's this kind of a natural musk so it's absolutely safe but don't do this more than once a week or your hair will get kinda oily(duh!).Oh olive oil also helps nails grow reeally fast. And of course trim your hair just a little bit every 4-6 weeks to make it stronger.
Good luck!

Make sure you keep up with your trims. Drink lots of water and exercise. I don't know but for some strange reason, when I workout I see more new growth in my head. I also take Hair, Skin, and Nails, and Nourishair from GNC. Also, massage ur head every night for 10 minutes before you go to sleep. I also use Wild Growth Hair Oil 3x a week.

Mane n' Tail horse shampoo and conditioner (You can buy it at Wal-Mart or Walgreens). Just follow the directions on the bottle and you'll grow three inches in a month, maybe more. It all depends on how fast your hair grows, but I'll guarantee you that it WILL grow faster and longer. Good luck.

Good nutrition and lots of water. If your body has plenty of the nutrients it needs for all major functions then the more you have left over will go toward things like hair and nail growth.

rubdown your scalp as much as a probability. It will develop the blood stream and makes it develop speedier. i'm undecided in case you could develop 4 inches via June, using fact hair in many cases growns some million/2 an inch a month...stable success nevertheless !

A regular trim and putting in products that add moisture to the hair also sleeping on or wrapping your hair in silk (it doesn't suck out the moisture)

I know this sounds weird, but I think pulling your hair up in ponytails or pulling your bangs back in barettes makes it grow faster due to the tension, think about it.
