My crush asked me if I wanted to hang out today or tommorow. He said we could get to know each other better. He told me that I am a beautiful. His ex (they broke up 4 months ago) messed him up bad. He hasn't even hugged a gurl after dating her. Well last night he gave me a hug and he hugged my friend. He said if we do hang out we can go out to eat and see a movie. He is a really sweet guy. Do you think I have a chance of even getting him to date me?

Yes, unless he is interested in your friend. Did he invite your friend to go out to eat and see the movie, too? If no, he is only interested in you.

i think so, but i still think you should play it cool, by not throwing yourself at him of course. Just be a fun person to be around and share little things about yourself here and there, but don't expect that he will want to be with you just based on that, i mean this is the test phase where we just want to see if he actually likes you for you, and that you actually like his personality when you hang out too. ya know? then if that works out, you can decide from there.
