There are six errors in the question:

"qaulity" should be "quality"
"aspireng" should be "aspiring"
"politesian" should be "politician"
"doin" should be "doing"
"answuring" should be "answering"
"nuthing" could be "nuthin'" or "nothing"

"Exclamacion" should be "explanation," but it's not part of the question. All told, there are SEVEN spelling errors. "Fishin'", "writin'", etc. are fine.

I'm not sure why you're asking, but here are my thoughts on how your question should read ...

What do you think the most important quality should be in an aspiring politician? Or, for better use of your time, what would you rather be doing besides answering this question: fishing, writing, hunting, biking, hiking, dancing, drinking, sleeping or relaxing?

The spelling errors are self-explanatory. "or for better use of your time" (as previously written) uses a comma splice - essentially, what is included between the commas can be removed and the sentence would still make sense. This, in your question, would not be the case.

The term "fishin'" does not need to be capitalized as it is not a proper noun nor does it start a new sentence.

I have also suggested changing "nuthing at all" to "relaxing" as you must have another active verb to agree in tense with the others.

yur hint is either 16 and 24/30s or 40/30s, neither of which make sense. i counted 7 errors, not including the abreviated activities because technically an abreviated statement is ok, even if spellchecker doesnt recognize it.
