Boiling or poaching is definitely the healthier option. Just watch your cholesterol as excessive egg consumption can affect this.

Not bad but not the best. All the nutrition is in the yolk. The fat etc is the good variety if you get a natural egg. The white bread is pretty bad though, no real nutrition. It would be better to switch to a whole grain piece of bread and have a full egg. If you really want taste and nutrition get farm fresh eggs from free range chickens that are allowed to eat a natural diet i.e. worms, insects, grass, etc. (chickens are not vegetarians). Rather than fry the egg try other methods like poaching. Rather than use oil use a good quality fry pan and a little water and let the steam cook it. In the end nothing taste better than a true farm fresh egg.

It's better than with oil, however, if you are looking for the high protein, eat 3 boiled eggs a day, without the yolk. I am a personal trainer, and have been eating 3 boiled eggs without the yolk for about 1 yr now. It's safe, but the yolk is very high in fat and cholesterol. Not good for you in that amounts.

Eggs are good for you, they have good cholesterol, just like avocados have good fats. Use a light non-stick spray, scramble your eggs and add avocado and tomatoes and onions... boiled eggs every day is boring. Just keep in mind, anything in excess is not good for you. That includes food, exercise, sex, alcohol... wait, did I say sex?

14 eggs a week is too many pal. I don't know why, but I just know it is. I'm sure somebody will be along any minute to tell you why.
