I have recently been tested negative for HIV and Hepatitis. Im not on any medications and my other bloodwork was fine also. Neck and chest Xrays fine too. I also have nausea and loss of appetite.

well, you didn't say how they tested you for hepatitis...if they just did a standard liver panel, that is not good enough-they need to go beyond what seems a 'normal' bloodlab....
hepatitis c can or may not result in elevations in alt and ast.
this is so classical of many of those who went decades knowing something was wrong, yet always had a normal outcome where the alt and ast levels were conserned.
you need to ask the doctor if he specifically tested you for antibodies for hcv.
if he gives you any problems, tell him everyone has at least one risk factor for hcv transmision.
that is the only thing i can think of given your symptoms. (You probably have more, but aren't aware they could be connected).
Again, Alt and Ast levels can appear normal in those with HCV infection-so get tested!

Sounds like you might be just coming down with the flu or something similar.
