For airport frequencies for tha avaiation side goto:

http://www.airnav.com

Put in your local aiport code and it will give you the various frequencies used for that airport and approachs/depatures.

For other info goto :

http://groups.yahoo.com

put in scanner arizona hit search

Join the group(s) that come up and ask for info there on your city/area.
