Can someone give me an idea of that Airman Education & Commissioning Program (AECP) is like?

I'm enlisted right now and plan on applying for the Airman Education & Commissioning Program, though I'm not really sure that it will be like or what type of jobs are on the other end of this program.

Excellent Program. If accepted, it removes the individual from Active Duty status and into the Reserves while continuing their college education (full time college). After graduation, you return to Active Duty as Second Lieutenant and serve a specified number of years back on Active Duty depending on how long it took you to finish your college degree.
