its not a big issue. its just saying it recognised a change in the files.
they are still allowed to update through windows, and AVG doesnt change them back or anything. its just letting you know so you are aware.
if you see "changed" when you havent updated, then you can be worried but its just a notice.

I guess it could..updating is adding and changing files..If your worried customize your windows updater so that you can select what does and what doesn't..

no to ur personal files but it has change the sytem files names some of them not all of them
