How about a BIG bowl of humility with a large dollop of the Milk of Human Kindness poured over it?
(An egoist like you really NEEDS it!)

For breakfast you want something that brings your blood sugar up a little after not having eaten all night. Fresh fruit does this nicely.
Then you want both good carbs and protein. The protein will sustain you during hours of activity.
Before you go to sleep at night do this. Mix 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup soy milk and 1/4 cup dried fruit and a tablespoon of nuts. In the morning, pop it in the microwave for a few minutes. You will have a nutritions breakfast that has many health benefits and will sustain you.

OMG Special K? That keeps me going for an hour and then my batteries are running low again! I work 9 hours a day and I never sit or even stand still during this period, so I need something that will keep me going till lunch time.
I usually eat Crunchy Oat Cereal(muesli) with greek yoghurt a chopped banana and teaspoon of honey!! The muesli is really filling and the banana gives you the energy to stay up and about!
When I get bored with the cereal I will go for a 2xtoasted wholewheat sandwich topped with peanut butter with honey or syrup. The wholewheat bread is also very filling and you won't go hungry again after 2 hours. The peanutbutter helps your bloodsugar to stay at the same level, because that is whats really important here. For breakfst you need someting filling so that you don't go hungry within the first few hours after b'fast- that's why I normally go for something wholewheat or oaty and you also need something that is packed in energy like banana, eggs, ect.
You can also try a poached egg on toasted wholewheat bread and nice cup of tea with not to much sugar. Try to avoid things that are high in sugar because that will only make your bloodsugar levels go high and then it drops again within an hour and you start to feel weak and light-headed.
I also try to avoid to have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning and rather have tea, because the coffee gives me a rush for first hour and after that I get all shaky and light headed! So go for wholewheat/oaty and something energizing!!
Good luck!!

Orange Juice , Fiber Cereal , and a banana would be one way , another one would be ; whole wheat bread , orange juice , 1 egg , or you could have Turkey Bacon with that for a change .
Take skim milk put strawberries in a blender and 1 cup of the milk ,and you have a good fast frothy drink for breakfast

Protein and fiber will keep you fuller and the engergy will last longer. Make some concoction of non salted almonds and dried cranberries with cereal&milk. (more protein with the milk and it'll fill you up)

Oatmeal will do the trick. Throw in a dab of brown sugar or pure maple syrup if you like.
