try brown pastas which can be made the night before and are yummy cold, mix with drained tuna and a bit of light mayo.
try veg sticks like celery, carrot, cucumber, these are quick and easy and count towards ur 5 a day.
I know how hard it is when ur pushed for time and have to take ur own lunch, such a pain to think of what u want to eat a day in advance.
Good Luck with the weight loss plan hun.xx

i used to make up some cous cous and vegetables to take to work with me, it takes 2 mins to make and is really healthy and filling, and is great to eat any time of the year as you can have it hot and cold, depending on how you feel! good luck with the diet!

You can get low cal bread - but if you want salad, make a batch on Monday and it will last 'til Wednesday easily - thus saving time.
