Im going out for lunch today but planning on sticking to the old faithful, scampy and chips.

I would go to Applebees or Ruby Tuesdays and get the steak w/ the shimp on top covered with that sauce and garlic mashed potatoes and a sald w/ italian dressing and a cerry pepsi to drink!!! OR maybe some crab legs w/ a sald and a baked poatao...........or maybe BOTH lol!!!Wow now i'm gettin' hungry!!!

Half a dozen oysters followed by some good fresh fruit. Perhaps figs or kiwi. With a chilled glass of rosé of course. Not a big midday eater.

On any day, fish and chips is a fav. But usually I settle for something less fattening, like a salad or plain cheese sandwich. That is a fav as well. So cheese today it will be.

Grilled steak with fried mushrooms and grilled tomartoes, jacket potato and a side salad that has lemon juice and olive oil and garlic on the salad. Ice cream with fresh strawberries.
nice!! not forgetting the coffee to finish off. shame i don't have that and i will have to have a ready meal, chicken curry.

Ciabatta with bacon and melted cheese topped with chopped tomato and onions and sweet pepper, lightly toasted.
With a pint of cold best bitter.

I would go to the Olive Garden and eat that yummy salad until I popped .... sounds a lot better than the pb&J ii have packed ....
