I work at an animal hospital. Anytime an animal goes off their food they should be seen by a vet. I am more concerned though about her drinking more water then usual. She may have some kidney issues if she is drinking excessively. It could be thousands of things, I would definitely take her in. I know it is expensive, however, it's part of responsible pet ownership.
Good Luck!!!

If she has a runny nose and sticky eyes, do not hesitate, you must take her to the vets, you have no option, it may be just an allergy but on the other hand it could be something much worse like distemper, make an appointment now, when you take on an animal you as it's owner are responsible for keeping it healthy and that means taking it to the vets when it is sick.

WHY did you get a pet in the first place IF you CAN"T AFFORD an vet I am sick of you people yeah so cuddly when its a puppy now its older & you could not care less
Take it to a vet & tell the vet you cannot afford to pay right now the vet will allow payments to come.....
also you should perhaps think about finding the dog a good home to someone who will look after the dog & take it to the vet when it needs to go

Hindsight and all that yet why did no longer you 'quarantine' those 2 doggies. doggies from Shelters ought to deliver actually something into your place, and it is not significant whether or no longer they have had their pictures or no longer. healthful canines can nonetheless deliver an infection in i'm afraid. At 13, your old female is amazingly susceptible so particular, this is obtainable they have given her something. I doubt this is rigidity although, yet no longer understanding your canines and whether she is probably to be laid low with those 2 coming in, i think that must be frightening her. And looking on how plenty pup nutrition she ate, that too might have led to an disillusioned - in a similar way switching nutrition all of sudden will? ought to all be a accident although, so wait till your vet has 'stated'!! playstation next time you foster - have a separate section for those you're fostering, away out of your individual canines. upload- as has been mentioned, 2 days is rather quickly for any an infection they might have walked in, to look on your old canines - i might elect the nutrition, or possibly this is something completely unrelated happening. If she had an underlying problem, possibly the stress of having those 2 new ones around has pushed her over the sting.

That's what the PDSA is there for - to help people who don't take out pet insurance, and didn't consider the full cost of owning a pet.
DO NOT leave it 5 days before going! Would you do the same to a person if they had not eaten for 2 days? Of course not, and a person has more stored energy than a dog has! Either take her to the vets and (if you can't find a PSDA) pay the bill, or give her up to the RSPCA.

Defiantly take her to a Vet, this is you're responsibility. Don't wait any longer as some one suggested, for it is not fair to have her suffer. How would you like being sick and because of money,(lets wait until later?) I don't think so. I would like to think that, you can work something out with the Vet, of paying a little at a time, most Animal lovers, rather help than refuse.
She, (dog) sounds like potential Kidney problems, she has only you the help her,(poor thing does not have a voice, unlike humans,so PLEASE HELP her!
