i am taking adderall, which makes me not hungry, so i dont know if i should not eat because i am not hungry, or should i force myself to eat? i am trying to lose weight and i am on adderall for ADD. What should i do? eat or not?

It does decelerate your metabolism.... many times, many are hungry for the time of meal time, so in case you permit your self be hungry devoid of ingesting.. then which will actual sluggish it down! You should eat when you are hungry. If you are not hungry, do try to eat nutritious food at meal and snack times.
You will lose weight if you use more calories than you eat. If you lose weight quickly it will come back. If you lose weight slowly you are more likely to have long term success.
