he was one of the cherub of God (Ezekiel 28.11) (2 Corithians 4:4) that means that angels are gods also, because they are sons of God (job 1:6) and like Jesus is God because is the son of God, there are many gods (psalms 83:1,6). and Jesus has many youngers brothers, because he is the first begotten. Am i right?

The bible said that Satan is a god (2 Corithians 4:4) and a was a cherub (Ezekiel 28:10-15) unless the bible lies he is a god.

Maybe we had never think that Satan is a god, where in the bible said that a god couldn´t be destroyed or punished, and about the brothers, is logical and biblically correct.

The Bible calls Satan the god of this system of things; 2Corinthians 4:4.

In the Webster's on line dictionary 'god' has several meanings. The first is the Creator, the true God. Also 'powerful ruler is a definition of god, and Satan is a ruler, and also the object of all worship that does not go to Jehovah/YHWH.

1Cor.10:20 ..the things which the nations sacrifice they sacrifice to demons, and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers with the demons.

Matthew 4:5-8 So he brought him up and showered him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time; and the Devil said to him; "I will give you all this authority and the glory of them, because it has been delivered to me, and to whomever I wish I give it."

You therefore if you do an act of worship to me, it will all be yours."

In reply Jesus said to him; "It is written, 'It is YHWH/Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to HIM ALONE you must render sacred service."

well, in the christian sense, satan is a fallen angel, as he refused God. In this way, he isn't considered a god, because no one other than God and Jesus can be recognised as being a god. As far as I can tell, to Christians, Satan is more like the ruler of Hell.

Of course, there's the Satanic bible and all of that, which I'm sure put Satan in higher regard than the Christians do. It's all a matter of perspective.

Well, first of of, the Son of God used for Jesus Christ has a context "from" in contrast with the "sons of God" used for the angels which has a contextual meaning "created". Now, regarding 2 Corinthians 4:4, "god" there is in small letters and the contextual meaning of that "god" is someone who is indirectly worshipped through actions. Thus, giving a different contextual meaning.

REMEMBER: Jesus was called the Son of God (coming from The LORD our God) and the Son of Man (coming from human birth).

True, Lucifer (Satan was his name when he was banished to earth) was a cherub (probably led the praise and worship team in heaven) but is not a god who is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent. Yes, he is a god in terms that his only and ultimate power over unbelievers is death. However, Jesus overcame that too.

Satan is the god of this world (the world system).he is a liar, a murderer and a thief, and desires only to keep us separate from God, that he might eventually destroy us.he hates us simply because God loves us so much.he uses whatever and whomever he can to deceive us. Many are already deceived, seemingly beyond repair. The many who cast doubt upon and ridicule the word of God do not realize(for the most part) that they are being turned against the very thing that can expose satan and lead them to true wisdom and life everlasting, and that they are playing right into his hands,he has them exactly where he wants them. he has his deceptions working on so many fronts, he has even those who would say they are believers working against one another, and so working against Christ Himself. Believe it, because there will come a time when you will wish you did.

angels are not sons of God...end of discussion. Job 1:6 does not mean that they are sons of God. 2 Corithians 4:4 does not state that satan is a god, it is saying that the "god" of this age blinds people from the glory of God, which can be anything that people treat as a god e.g food.

The Bible says there are gods many. It says that
"Ye are gods!" The Psalms.
Talking about the ability of the spirit within us.
Too many people today think the minute they take off the blinders of ignorance, they suddenly
know everything!
What's your point?

Maybe.... but then I prefer to assert the other way around: God is Satan. Afterall, what omnipotent being couldn't trick and manipulate followers into doing and believing whatever they wanted under the guise of it being "good"?

yes, he is a god, a god that christians recognize. isn't there something in the bible that says christians can't recognize any gods besides "god"? if so, then maybe they should give up all the nonsense about the litte guy with horns living in the ground doing all things bad in the world, just to make sure they can get into heaven
