Lots of restaraunts serve horseradish dips/sauces with steaks....these are the two I use and love.

Creamy Horseradish Dip
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream or fat free
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
3 Tbsp bottled horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all of the above together. Cover and refridgerate.

Horseradish sauce
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl; cover and refrigerate.

Mushroom and onion done in the pan with the beef fillet.

Add a small amount of Lite Gravox (or similar) gravy to some hot water and pour all over half cooked steak. Add more water if necessary. It will keep your steak tender and moist, plus, combines with the mushrooms and onions, you will have an award winning steak and sauce combination that any restaurant would love to bottle!

Steam some fresh spinach leaves in some Cabernet Sauvignon wine....just until the leaves are wilted. Serve the steak on top of the spinach. It is an awesome combination with the filet and it has 0 fat.

I would just mix mustard (with water). It has to be English mustard for me, and definitely not readymix. That doesn't taste any good at all.

How about some sauteed mushrooms? they make their own "sauce"...toss in some broccoli florets and you have a nice meal
