but how much should i b eating daily coz i lack fat in my diet

A good amount of good fats is 20% of your diet.

If you have cholesterol or cardiac issues it should be lower.

Good fat should comprise up to 30% of your daily caloric intake for a healthy diet. FWIW add the following to your list: avocados, organic peanut or almond butter and eggs.
