You can put a number of sauces with chicken IE curry, chassuer, white wine, pepper corn, choice is yours, but i like to do a mushroom sauce, hope this helps

I make my own sauce,I first brown my chicken in some olive oil,then I remove the chicken,and I put two tablespoons tomato paste in fry pan,1 cup old coffee,1-2 tablespoons paprika in with it,take a whisk mix it all up,but you can more seasoning to your taste,which I have done also,bring to boil,now put your chicken back in pan,put lid on,and simmer till chicken is done,Now when chicken is done,to thicken your sauce ,take chicken out and turn your burner up and let the sauce cook down to a nice sauce,it will thicken on it's own as it cooks down,after it has thicken to your satisfaction,put your sauce over chicken,ready to serve,very good,and very easy to make

I like chicken tonight honey & wholegrain mustard sauce with chicken, served with asparagus tips, carrot sticks & broccoli with creamy mash or baked potato, so you can soak up the sauce!!!!!

i mostly make my own sauce with the chicken juices and cream,but when i dont have time i use a SCHWARTZ garlic,mushroom and chicken sauce!its gorgeous!

we love either piccata or marsala...but I also make chicken with fresh tomato salsa..medium hot...and that is delicious too....or often will make a sauce with mushrooms and artichoke hearts simmered in chicken broth...reducing the broth and pour it over chicken breasts...sometimes add some capers....yummy
