If she has an IQ above plant life she knows that. If you have to ask to have sex with her then neither of you are mature enough to do so. When mature people have sexual relations it is a mutual decision and not one where either party has to ask permission. Sorry in your case, the time is not yet right... your age does not matter... your maturity level does.

When would a girl be that you have been going out with be "offended" if you ask her for sex? If I was a women I would be offended if he did ask me, unless I had a damn good reason.
Note prude is not a good reason.

I cannot get any respect! My banker won't lend me money unless I give him an equal amount first. Then its not a loan is it? My wife, let me tell you, she has taken in a roomer to help with expenses but he is her favorite plumber and she rented my side of the bed. I get no respect. Yeh, and about your girlfriend, well all I can tell you get one night. Then no respect.

the best way is not to tell, but to let know!! by signals, kisses and so on until she gets it. don't be to forceful, she'll surely understand your desires and accept or refuse to have sex depending on your skill and patience

just wait till you guys are alone, start kissing her......... if she goes along with it then just keep going........ once you and her have been kissing for a while, start rubing her and touching her body. then put your made up in her shirt and start rubbing her breast........ then when the mood is right, ask her in a sexy way if she wants to go into the bedroom

if in your relationship you quite open to it then you should talk to her about it.. but make you that she understands that you want to do this becayuse of your feelings for her.. Ask her if she thinks if she's ready and if not i hope you'll accept her decision
