hey if you like this young lady,,,just walk up to her as ask if she like to go out for coffie, are a drink,,,an what if they laught at you, it wont be the first time are the last,, you never know what going to happen to you take a chanch,

To make it less intimidating, maybe go on a group date? Then when you get hints that she likes you, ask her out for another casual date. Say "hey, you busy this weekend? You want to catch a movie?" Usually guys have trouble asking girl out, so I do the asking. :P

put a note on her desk when you walk past. that means that not everybody has to see you tlk to hier do you wont get laughed at/ or ask her for a drink on your coffee break. most girls like that.

never, ever, ever, under any circumstance ever date someone you work with. especially if you are just trying to plow her and then be done with it. You will end up hating your job and having to see them everyday, you need seperation from the people that you date. that is the best part.
