they say when training for boxing it best to aviod sex or it will affect ur training or give u weak legs but tyson done it more in 1 week than people do it in a life time and how the hell did he become youngest ever champion and knock people out with just 1 punch
but i do remember mike tyson saying that he has too much energy, is anything to do with that?
