Pacquiao will win if it ever goes ahead. I would say with an early KO. I think it would be wise of Barerra to avoid the Pacman if it is possible.

They are both lined up in other fights at the minute Pacquiao is fighting a tough Mexican called Solis and Barrera has an even tougher fight against one of the best fighters around at the moment called Juan Manuel Marquez. They will both need to come through those tough bouts before any rematch between the two can be made.

I don't think this match-up is still great. Barrera is over the hill and Manny is still reaching his superpowers. I doubt that Barrera will last the distance. He cannot take on oppsition of Pacquiao's caliber. Manny will have the edge in power, speed, and chin. Barrera will have the slight edge in stamina and defense.
I see Barrera taking the earlier rounds by outboxing Manny. I expect Manny to turn the heat up in the middle frames and exchange with Barrera. I expect Barrera to be knocked out in the 9th round with a flurry of punches from Pacquiao. I doubt Barrera will kiss the canvass this time around.

Bararra is a true superstar, but he had better leave Pacquiao to the younger fighters. Manny pretty much destroyed Bararra in their first fight and all Bararra can say is now he is older. Not a wise decision to fight Manny again for Bararra.
