There should be no problem taking painkillers with antibiotics. If you are deeply concerned about it check with your medical doctor. Be sure you drink cranberry juice every day as this will benefit the kidneys. Best wishes for your recovery.

Yes but watch those analgesics, like aspirin based pain meds. They can actually cause Kidney Disease if used too much.
