Of course, not!
To be honest, I laughed at your question (at least in my brain). But because people tend to decipher one's sexuality by his or her appearance, it is a good decision to answer this and I am happy too to find this kind of question.
In an old-fashioned world outlook, a man who wears pink or a woman with a crew-cut who walks manly is definitely gay. But this kind of thinking should be removed for this is very incorrect. In fact, any physical appearance or preferrence does not correctly indicate one's sexuality. Unfortunately, our world isn't safe for homosexuals and in this heterosexual-dominated society, a lot of people still categorize them in that fashion.
Before, people are categorized with tuxedo-wearing men and gown-wearing women as "straight" and those who wear according to other's gender (in a typical sense) as "gay." Nowadays, we realized that there are so many types of homosexuals, to the girly femme lesbian to the mighty butch gay man. And there are heterosexual men who love styling in a feminine sense. In fact, when South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone wore women's gowns in the Oscars, they're still heterosexuals.
So if a man had his hair parted down, that doesn't mean he's a homosexual. The only thing that indicates a person's homosexuality is if the person is having a relationship or sexually or romantically attracted to the same gender. Period.
So there. Just always be careful with everything and take care. And don't afraid to ask any question that might look silly but you just can't seem to find a right answer. Thank you and take care!!!! :)

You're kidding, right? What side of your head you part your hair on doesn't mean anything except that you like parting your hair on that side. That's like saying because someone is right handed they're gay..after all, gay guys wear ear rings on the right so being right handed must mean your gay too. Give me a break. Yeesh.

Oh my gosh...is this for real? No outward appearance or apparel is an "AUTOMATIC" sign of gay or hetero. Are you homophobic? Two earrings, or one? Hair in middle or not? The only thing I know that indicates for sure homosexuality is having sex with the same sex because he/she likes the same sex!

Which side your hair parts on has to do with hair growth pattern on the back of the head (the swirllie). you can train your hair to "go the other way", but it's usually just experimenting and too much alcohol.

No homosexuality has nothing to do with the parting of the hair. LOL.
It is about sexual orientation and limp wrists. LMAO
Hairstyles are strictly based on personal preference not sexuality.

I prefer hair that will is shoulder length or longer, As well as since that men who like ladies are more often then not directly, they like long hair because it looks more feminine, as most males have short hair.

Since when has the way your hair falls ever determined someone's sexual orientation?
