You won't be able to loose weight just from your face, honey. Only general weight loss frome entire body makes the difference. It seams like you are pretty skinny.
But what might help you is a GAIN muscle mass and reduction on % of body fat. Start exercising and it will make a difference.
Go to the local gym and talk to the trainer. He/she might help you to develop a program just for you for a moderate muscle gain. Don't worry, you won't look like an Arnold Shwarzeneger...LOL it will take years of weight lifting and tons of protein to buff you that much. :)
But what exercise will give you is a self confidence, you will feel more energized and help you to love your body. :)
You don't have a chubby face, just skinny body. :)
