Both will run on your AMD.
The 32 bit version is slightly slower, but has drivers for most hardware. The 64 bit version is slightly faster, but drivers for most hardware can be hard to find.
Try the 32 bit version FIRST, then switch when all your devices are supported on the 64 bit platform.

Yes. But, I would run either the 32 or the 64 bit Ubuntu, a true concurrent processing multi-processor, multi-processing OS!
Comes with thousands of games, programs, applicastions suites. FREE!
Try out the liveCD, but, the install will run processes upto 50X faster than Microsoft can, on that hardware.
Plus, it is immune to the "114,000 Microsoft Virus Definitions" and vulnerablities purposely built into Windows and Vista, by felon Microsoft, and "trusted partners".
http://ubuntu.org is FREE! A huge improvement. Better than Vista. No DRM!

Yes you can. The 2X 64 bit processor gives you an advantage though - you can use the 64-bit Windows Version, which is a lot smoother and runs better than the 32-bit version of Windows. The choice is yours to make.

Your Processer runs sixty 4 little bit of surroundings, particular that's sturdy to improve your homestead windows Xp to Vista sixty 4 bit yet no longer worth to finish that. maximum applications and video games would not artwork with sixty 4 bit yet. 4GB of RAM is fit for 64bit, in spite of in case you upgraded your RAM and O/S you'll no longer get the sixty 4 bit Gaming earnings as there are basically some video games applicabaple with sixty 4 Bit and so is for applications..
